2. Shipping Policy

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please follow these steps:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Delivery Time:
  • We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of order placement. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Order Confirmation:
  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a notification email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • Shipping Rates:
